2. Platform & AI Output Disclaimer

WorkHistoryAI utilizes advanced generative artificial intelligence to parse, analyze, and generate career history fragments. AI can hallucinate or produce inaccurate outputs.

• You agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and verifying any resume, document, or content generated by WorkHistoryAI prior to utilizing it for employment purposes.
• WorkHistoryAI makes no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, interview success, or the absolute factual accuracy of the output.

3. Account Security

You must securely manage your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

4. App Store & Platform Clauses

If accessing via mobile platform (Apple App Store or Google Play):

• These Terms are strictly between you and WorkHistoryAI, not the platform provider.
• Apple/Google have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for this application.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkHistoryAI shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
